Guys, I have a similar situation. There are two huskies that never get to leave theirs outside Pew Pew Pew Shirt. All-weather all year. Probably haven’t had proper vet care ever. I called animal control and they basically said the same thing as in this video. They couldn’t do anything. The people have a fenced yard also, but choose to keep the dogs kenneled within the yard. They have chickens that have more freedom than their dogs. Every day I drive by and see them looking at the chickens walk around freely.

Every time I got home from Fwo Foo World Order Shirt I would let him wander the house and would fill up the tub for him to swim around. The family came to absolutely love him. He was such an intelligent creature. He was definitely one of a kind. He hated for his food pellets to be dropped into the water. He would watch the pellets floating in the water.
