I see a similar situation with my neighbor’s It’s Not Going To Lick Itself Christmas Shirt and feel helpless as the owner keeps his dogs outside 24/7 in similar living conditions. Animal control says the same thing. The dogs crave love and attention. Thanks for the positive comments. And those who were so negative, if you have the energy to stay on one side of the moderator’s line, you are wasting your energy here. Such a lovely story. Every time I got home from Fwo Foo World Order Shirt I would let him wander the house and would fill up the tub for him to swim around. The family came to absolutely love him. He was such an intelligent creature. He was definitely one of a kind. He hated for his food pellets to be dropped into the water. He would watch the pellets floating in the water.
