What a rescue. Thanks so much to these two loving Tread On Those Who Tread On You Shirt for saving those pups and lifting our spirits. The dogs were found with collars and harness on the chihuahua. Did they not try to find the owners? Or were they under the impression their owners abandoned them? I’m happy they were found! If the owner was found, they may have chosen not to claim them. No abandoned/lost animals are adopted out without exhausting all means possible to locate their original home first.
