That guy had dishonesty in his Duck Hodges Shirt. They are pathetic idiots for putting these poor little dogs in such a cruel situation. Obviously been there for a long time. Why is it that some people like to assume that these people put them there. Incredible. They were abandoned dogs hence the collars/harnesses. They were in very poor condition, had it not been for these people finding them, they would have died. Like so many other dumped dogs do. they were someone’s pets at one time the dogs either got loose or maybe they were abandoned and their collars were still on them.
