There were always Houston Astros Dachshund Shirt hens “setting” or “nesting”(staying on the eggs so they “hatch”) every spring and summer. It took several weeks for them to hatch. I learned that chickens don’t care what hatches out she was mama to whatever. My mom would switch the chicken’s eggs with ducks and turkey eggs. When the eggs hatched, the mama hens nurtured them as she would chicks. I Love to watch her when the ducklings jumped in the water. The turkey babies were soon larger than the hen.

Every time I got home from Fwo Foo World Order Shirt I would let him wander the house and would fill up the tub for him to swim around. The family came to absolutely love him. He was such an intelligent creature. He was definitely one of a kind. He hated for his food pellets to be dropped into the water. He would watch the pellets floating in the water.
